School Withdrawal and Tuition Policy

By signing below, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding tuition, withdrawal, fees, and other obligations:

* 1. Tuition Obligation

1. Tuition ObligationBy signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you are financially responsible for the tuition fees for the entire school year. The tuition rates are as follows:
Full-Time Tuition:

Infants: $550.00 per week
Toddlers: $425.00 per week
Preschool: $400.00 per week

Part-Time Tuition:
(Note: Part-time tuition is not available for infants.)

Part-Time Toddlers: $300.00 per week
Part-Time Preschool: $285.00 per week

* 2. Registration and Non-Refundable Deposit and Application Fee: Deposit and Payment Plan

2. Registration and Non-Refundable Deposit and Application Fee: Deposit and Payment PlanA deposit of $1,000.00 is required at the time of application to process registration. This deposit will be credited toward May tuition. If the full deposit is not paid at the time of application, a payment plan must be established to cover the $1,000.00 deposit.

Additionally, a $100.00 processing fee is due with the application. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment plan at the registration time.

* 3. Security Fee

3. Security FeeA $400.00 Security Fee will be assessed.
This fee will be charged in two installments:
$200.00 due by August 1st.
$200.00 due by January 1st.

* 4. Tuition Based on Annual Expenses

4. Tuition Based on Annual ExpensesThe weekly tuition fee is calculated based on the school's annual expenses.
No reductions in tuition will be made for absences, snow days, emergencies, holidays, or vacations.
Tuition will not be charged for the week the school is closed in December and the week school is closed during spring break.

* 5. Withdrawal Policy

5. Withdrawal PolicyIf you choose to withdraw your child from the program for any reason other than relocation more than 15 miles away from the school, the following penalties will apply:
$500 Withdrawal Fee: If your child withdraws from the Half-Day Program at any time during the school year.
$1000 Withdrawal Fee If your child withdraws from the Full-Day Program at any time during the school year
These fees are in addition to the non-refundable tuition paid with your application fee.

* 6. Relocation Exception

6. Relocation ExceptionIf the reason for withdrawal is relocation to an address more than 15 miles away from the school, the following conditions apply:
A 30-day written notice must be provided to the school to avoid the $1,000.00 withdrawal fee being charged to your account.
The withdrawal fee will be charged if the required 30-day notice is not given.

* 7. Late Pickup Fee

7. Late Pickup FeeA late pickup fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged to your credit card if you are late picking up your child after the designated pickup time.
The late fee begins accruing immediately after the scheduled pickup time and continues until your child is picked up.
This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

* 8. Outstanding Balances

8. Outstanding BalancesAny outstanding balances, including tuition fees, late fees, or penalties, must be paid in full to assure continued service.

* 9. Payment Responsibility

9. Payment ResponsibilityIf the responsible party for tuition payment changes during the school year, the new responsible party must submit a written agreement to the school, and all outstanding balances remain due as outlined in the original agreement.

10. Shared Information Consent

10. Shared Information ConsentBy registering, Ganon Gil has permission to include your name/address/phone number/email in distributed rosters to encourage Temple friendships.

11. Photo Consent

11. Photo ConsentBy registering, I give my permision for my child/ren to be photographed with the picture to be used for temple marketing and promotions.
